What is a Content Developer?

Being a Content Developer at Breaking.bz is about finding, polishing and publishing the newest and most interesting content and publishing it for our viewers. Content Developers are autonomous - creating and publishing content using their own style, however they see fit.

What are the responsibilities?

Daily responsibilities include:

• Searching various websites, video sharing websites, Social Media sites, etc. for fresh and interesting content
• Writing articles about content you find which is targeted to our viewing audience
• Working with the Web teams and other internal teams at the Company to ensure great performance on all articles posted
• Alongside the Analytics team, tracking statistics for your articles and translating reports to Leadership

Location

This is a 100% home-based position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video chat.

Hours

While there is no hourly requirement for this position, you will be required to publish a set number of articles per week (based on demand and other business needs). How you schedule your time is up to you.

Requirements

To be considered a good match for this position, you should:

• Be able to write professionally, yet casually
• Be very, VERY active in social media (having a personal Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account is required to be considered for this position)
• Know where to find the best web content
• Be a team player
• Love working without direct supervision (and be good at it)
• Have great time management skills
• Know how to relax
